Dr. Corey D. Butler
is the Founder and Senior Apostle of Jesus Is The Way Christian Center (The Way Nation) one commission in two locations. Functions in a hyphenated apostleship moving strongly in both the offices of Apostle and Prophet. As a Governmental Apostle he brings a sharp insight, a strong apostolic edge and a word relevant for this culture. It is replete with revelation, humor and truth, and ready to foster change. As a Prophet he moves strongly in the word of knowledge, revelation and skilfully commands Apostolic climates and Prophetic atmosphere to bring change. He is equipped with a mantle of deliverance that he carefully and strategically uses to bring freedom! Apostle Butler serves as Presiding Apostle of The Fountain Network, a collaborative of 21st century leaders and churches. He also serves as The Chancellor of Ignite University, an academic educational and equipping center for apostolic and prophetic believers. As an Apostolic Father he has a strong grace to educate, train, and birth the next generation of leadership. Dr. Butler, is a Chicago native, is the father of one and holds three earned degrees in Organizational Communication, Theology and Ministry.

Is Ignite University Accredited?
Ignite University is accredited by the American Accrediting Association of Theological Institutions (A.A.A.T.I.) Rocky Mount, NC.
Ignite University is not relegated but granted “Exemption” by the Indiana Commission on Proprietary Education as a Religious Institution.
Ignite University, Furthermore, does uphold the highest standards of academic excellence and integrity to assure that all the degrees awarded are absolutely legitimate and totally honorable.
A degree awarded from Ignite University covers the major taken with that degree. A student or potential student must understand that credits taken in one type program may or may not transfer to another type program. This is the sole determination of the receiving institution.
Ignite University is a non – secular Institution. It is our sole purpose to expand and prepare our students in the study of the Bible, Theology and for Christian related ministries.
How do I access my classes?
Each program has a set course pathway, and classes are registered each semester by your student support advisor. To access your classes, simply login to the Class Portal.
